Girika is one such company which combines taste with authenticity. Plus being away from Bengal, we always crave for the traditional products which are readily available plus authentic. We had the pleasure of trying out some of the samples from Girika especially Posto, Gobindo Bhog rice and Shona Moong dal and I can out-rightly mention that their food grain quality is one of the best in the market and it’s moderately priced as well. Posto grains are pure and there is no trace of impurities, which provides authentic flavour to our Bengali dishes. The Gobindo Bhog rice and Shona Moong Dal has the authentic taste of Bengal and it’s taste is the BEST and worth trying it out.
