RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY


CAN I RETURN?

In case you have received the product in damaged condition, the product shall be replaced provided the same is informed to us within 2 day of receipt of material.

You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.


2 DAYS RETURN POLICY

Product return won't be accepted if it has exceeded 2 days from the date of delivery.

Please note that the product(s) should be unused and should be sent back in original packaging along with the copy of original invoice. To ensure that the quality of the product is maintained, we request you to please make sure that the product(s) are properly packaged when you are returning it.

 

YOUR ORDER CANCELLATION RIGHTS

You are entitled to cancel your order before the order shipped without any questions asked. Once your order is shipped we can't cancel it.


ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURN?

There are no charges for return.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable


HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?

Once our team inspects the returned product, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. In case of refund, you will have to provide your bank details for receiving the refund amount.

Your refund will be processed and returned within 5-7 working days.
